"This was our first time using D1 Appliance. Our technician was Adam and he was exceptional. He was so nice and very thorough. He knew exactly what the issue was immediate. Explained what he was doing and why throughout the repair. I will recommend D1 to everyone I know. This was by far the best service I’ve ever received for any type of repair work. They were out the following day after I called and my refrigerator was working soon after Adam arrived. It’s nice to know I now have a company I can call if I need repairs for anything else and have complete trust it will be done correctly and quickly. Thank you D1 and Adam for a job well done!"

"Adam was great. unfortunately, the repair cost was too much but he was thorough in the inspection and gave me my options. I verified his analysis with someone I know who is knowledgeable and he agreed with Adams's analysis. I would use them again. They also came out the next day."

"The repairman was very polite and helpful even though the repair could not be completed. It required 4 different parts and only two were available. The other two parts are no longer manufactured. He said he could fix the one problem but not the other; however, he was not going to take advantage of a bad situation. I very much appreciated his honesty."

"My ice maker left a small ocean in my kitchen. Derek was on the scene very quickly and got the ice machine working like brand new. Prices are extremely Fair and Derek is very easy to work with. Very highly recommend using him for All Appliance Repair needs... on a side note, I’ve used D1 multiple times as do the majority of my neighbors. Derek and his crew are masters of their crafts and all 1-star reviews should be ignored. These guys have been amazing! Keep up the good work fellas and Morgan!"

Anderson could not look at my dryer for a few days, Hometown said "we don't service GE brand, DBH said "we can make you an appointment for next week: and it was only Tuesday! Then I saw an online listing for D1 Appliance repair. Called him up and he answered the phone and made an appointment for the next afternoon. Prompt, courteous, went right to the problem and fixed it. His service call-diagnostic-labor fees were more than fair and reasonable. I would recommend him to a friend. He gets the call next time I have any appliance issues."
